Preferred Professional Programme

The preferred professional program is a dedicated resource pool of vetted professionals  who meet Inlenta's quality and delivery standards. Inlenta will frequently reach out and engage these professionals on projects for their clients

This will totally depend on the scope of the project and timelines and therefore will be different for different projects. However. we will agree the amount of time required for the project upfront and professionals have the flexibility to either accept or reject the project. However, constant rejection of projects may lead to removal from the preferred professional list 

We pay on a project by project basis. We will agree payment amount upfront at the start of the project. Payment will be made subject to satisfying the terms and conditions and client satisfaction 

No this is not an offer for a permanent job at Inlenta. This is work on a contract basis.

Yes, we may consider freshers on a limited basis based on certifications and overall fit
