Inlenta (part of Lotus Blooming Limited)  is looking for an IT Business Analyst lead, who is a subject matter expert and can help build and scale the service line to achieve our 5 year growth plan

Roles and responsibilities:

• Leadership - Deliver on client requests ranging from IT process analysis to creating an IT target operating model
• IT BA knowledge - Be familiar with IT business analysis lifecycle from requirements gathering through to recommending tangible solutions
• Pre-post system implementation - Comfortable with creating test cases for UAT and leading defect resolution
• Project management support - Support IT project / programme manager on project scoping, requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• IT cost optimisation - Proven experience in IT function rationalisation

Experience, skills and qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years in an IT Business Analyst role

Technical Skills

BCA/MCA  or equivalent  (preferred)

System and Tools

• Powerpoint
• Advanced Excel user

Soft skills

• Stakeholder management
• Workshop facilitation
• People management
• Communication skills
• Problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £31,000 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• BCA/MCA  or equivalent  (preferred)

Experience:

• 3 years (required)
