What do we do?
Inlenta’s mission is to provide well trained, “high performing” IT professionals to solve complex organisational problems from strategy through to implementation for medium to large enterprises
Why are we doing it?
Current service providers include either global “IT consulting” firms which are expensive or day rate “individual” contractors who often lack soft skills and capabilities needed to operate in a complex stakeholder environment .Moreover shortage of IT Business Analysts in the UK limits the resource pool to the above leaving sub-optimal options for resolution. Inlenta aims to solve the problem with a hybrid approach.

Our design principles focus on simplifying and cutting through complex processes and systems to deliver high value "impact"
How we do it?
Inlenta aims to build a talent pool of IT specialists who are honed in technicals as well as trained per “MBB” (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) standards whilst still being positioned as provider in the “value” segment. We have on-boarded an experienced ex-McKinsey senior advisor to help devise the “talent and training” strategy
