Business Analyst Support

Programme Management
We provide trained, experienced high quality programme managers supported by a PMO tool kit to lead Programme execution for medium to large enterprises. Specific activities include the following:
Team Management
- Providing effective support and leadership to direct reports of Project Managers, Project Coordinator and Business Change Manager
- Actively creating a sense of community amongst the members of the delivery teams including contractors, suppliers and members from other teams to ensure a collaborative project delivery environment
PMO
- Creating and embedding a Delivery Framework including key processes, ways of working, PM toolkit and behaviours to ensure all projects within IT follow a consistent and effective delivery method
- Actively obtain feedback and make improvements to the IT Delivery method
- Responsible for IT Roadmap & Portfolio level reporting
Portfolio Management
- Working with IT Team members, in particular, the delivery roles to support the delivery of the IT Roadmap & portfolio of various projects.
- Proactively monitoring progress across all IT projects & programmes to identify and apply appropriate corrective action where necessary
- On point for any problems raised to support in finding satisfactory resolutions
- Ensuring any inter-dependencies or cross-project risks and issues are highlighted and managed effectively
- Manage the pipeline of project requests which must be prioritised before allocated, working with senior business stakeholders to ensure business cases are built for any new requests
